Bodyboard Bags
One of the biggest benefits of bodyboarding over surfing is simply the size of the gear. To get into surfing seriously, you need to lug around a quiver of surfboards and either need a large van to carry them around in, or a lot of patience strapping and un-strapping them from the roof of your car. Bodyboarding is different. For a start you only really need one good board to ride all manner of waves, and secondly you can fit that board in the boot or backseat of any car without any problems.
They’re also a whole lot easier to carry around once you’ve got the beach. They don’t catch the wind as much, they’re a damn site lighter than surfboards, and thanks to bodyboard bags, you can even carry them on your back, leaving your hands free to throw a frisbee, or speak to a mate on the phone.
What bodyboard bags have done then is make something that was already easy to carry, even easier! This means you can easily walk to the beach with your board if you’re local and can spend some time hunting out the quietest areas of the beach or the places with the best surf, without having to worry about your arm dropping off in the process. There are quite a few bodyboard bag designs to choose from these days. So whether you’re a colourful person or like to keep it simple, there are some excellent options for you right here.
