Ladies Rash Vests
As you would expect there are very few physical differences between ladies rash vests and men’s rash vests. Other than the cut of the material, you still get long or short sleeve varieties, you still get high-collar necks, and you still the high quality polyester and lycra. However, what you get in addition is far more colourful designs and patterning. Men’s rash vests remain reserved and stick to plain and simple colours, presumably because flamboyance is not a very masculine trait. Ladies rash vest designers however are largely given free rein to play around with colour combinations and branding options. Admittedly for most of the year you don’t get to see these cool designs as the ladies rash vests are hidden underneath wetsuits. But, as soon as it’s warm enough to shed the layer of neoprene, you get to see the clear disparity between men’s and ladies’ rash vest fashion. At least they still do a great job of keeping your skin nice and protected against the friction, sand and salt water.
