Ladies Sunglasses

As you may have noticed, ladies sunglasses seem to have been getting increasingly bigger over the last few years. This is unlikely due to women’s eyes getting bigger, and more likely due to the influence on fashion that celebrity culture has always had. Female celebrities discovered that by wearing much bigger sunglasses they can remain more inconspicuous and get less hassle from the paparazzi, or from annoying fans who want their picture taken with the star and endless artifacts signed. This boom in big celebrity sunglasses started something of a trend that soon filtered down to the high street and before long every self-respecting woman was donning a pair of giant bug eyes.

Love them or hate them, almost every design house has brought at a pair of the sunnies, which at least means that you get a good choice. Thankfully they have also had the good sense to continue producing more classic styles, including the timeless ‘aviator’ sunglasses, which can look super cool at a festival or chilling out in the park on a hot day.
