Mens Scarves

It used to be that men’s scarves were only worn in the winter, teamed with a thick coat and more recently a men’s beanie hat. However, whilst this is still the most frequent use of a scarf, designers have recently started introducing summer scarves into the market. Now that’s a clever way of making your product less seasonal isn’t it - convince people to wear them all year by making them an indispensable fashion accessory. Summer scarves are a lot thinner than winter scarves and are intended to keep the sun off your skin and the sand out of your eyes, because sand in England is a real problem isn’t it!

The more traditional winter scarf is often made from wool, cotton or acrylic, and has the main aim of keeping the wind off your exposed bits of skin and keeping the warmth in. Scarves are not normally that brightly coloured or extravagant, but you can still get some cool patterns including the ever popular stripes, and the more recently popular plaid patterning. It’s best to go for a scarf that is made from soft material if you can because your neck is a sensitive area and they can get quite itchy otherwise.
