The main aim of snowboard pants is to keep your legs warm and dry, and pretty much all snowboard pants these days can do that. The second aim of snowboard pants is to look cool, and only the best brands on the market can achieve that.
Snowboard pant designs are almost as funky as snowboard jacket designs these days, with bright colours and outrageous patterns being all the rage. Also, it has become the trend these days to try and clash the colours of your snow gear to eye-watering proportions. Whether this is just so you’ll stand out of the crowd a little better or just an attempt to convince people you’ve you got a screw loose and so they should stay out of your way, we just don’t know. We just say go with the flow though and wear whatever snowboard pants make you look and feel comfortable.
It’s best to go for a baggy design as you’ll want lots of leg manoeuvrability, especially if you plan on getting some sick air and pulling some gnarly tricks. See, we’re down it...OK we’re not.
