It seems contemporary society has diverted identity away from genuine needs and towards manufactured wants (Estes et al, 2003). The individuals who enjoyed sport at school and involved themselves in most activities were the individuals that currently had no fear or apprehension in the thought of exercise they just simply could not find the time or motivation. I mean the people that do exercise before they come into work are always walking around so upbeat and happy, so I think if I had such facilities then I could be like that, even if it was during my lunch break, it would be so nice to have something to do during my lunch break and as well I think if I had something like that when I first started working I would never have started smoking because I would have had something beneficial to do with my lunch hour then standing in the cold.
