I have for sale my own personal mountain bike, my Tomac Eli 2006. I built this bike up from scratch, at great expense. The frame is a size ML, I am 5'9" and it is pretty much spot on, but is able to cater for quite a large range around that. The component list is as follows:
Frame: Tomac Eli with Manitou 4-way Air Swinger (2006)
Front Suspension: Fox Talas RLC 130mm (2006)
Headset: Chris King NoThreadset (2006)
Groupset: Shimano Hone - Chainset, Crankset, Deralieurs, Dual Control Shifters, 203mm Disc Brakes (2007)
Wheels: Mavic XM321 Disc Rims, Black Spokes, Shimano Hone Hubs (2007)
Kore Finishing Kit (2006)
Tyres: 2 Sets - Panaracer FireXC Pros (2006), Specialized Crossroads EX (2007)
Pedals: Not Included
As you can see, this is a serious bike, which has cost me well over £2600 to build and maintain. It is in good condition, with the expected stonemarks and chips which a mountain bike should have, but nothing other than cosmetic! All the components are mechanically sound, and I have had no problems whatsoever with it. This is the second revision of the frame, which is not plagued with any of the structural problems that were present in the original, so this is the only real version worth getting! This bike has given me real pleasure over the past couple of years, but unfortunately even then it has been barely used. It has never really used for even 10% of its potential, and it has never been raced, abused etc (and in fact has not even been used for the last year).
I am only selling as I will not be able to mountain bike for the next few years due to changes in circumstances. I would greatly prefer collection, as this is to valuable to send (and I am not a bike shop so do not have suitable boxes etc to ensure safe delivery). Collection can be from Central London, Epsom, or possibly Oxford. I am happy to accept cash on collection, Paypal (I will cover the fees), bank transfer, or cheque (cleared). I will listen to any sensible offer.
