Citizen Quartz AY5xxx Depth Meter & Chronograph(200m) - new battery
Purchased from Ocean Leisure in 2000 and unfortunately used only once (in a swimming pool... haven't dived since). Has only been worn once as a fashion watch (it's not very practical or even attractive). It has recently been serviced and had a new battery installed by Citizen (at a cost of £35).
Has a black rubber strap, stainless steel case, dark blue face with luminescent markings. It comes with an instruction book, original guarantee (now void) book and a receipt from H Samuel for service (22 Aug 07) - see photo.
It's hard to find details of AY5xxx series watches on the www so here is a quick run down of functionality:

Only defect is a couple of tiny, tiny scratches (a few mm long) in glass which can only be seen when examined closely and watch tipped to the light.
